Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments cancelled on the same day as the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations Within 3 Hours: Appointments cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who are unavailable at the scheduled appointment time or fail to provide notice of cancellation may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Therapist En Route: Once your wellness professional has begun traveling to your location, the $15 concierge travel fee is non-refundable in addition to any applicable cancellation fee. Late Starts: If your appointment begins late due to client unavailability, the session may be shortened to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. The original service price will still apply.
